What does Reclaim Rebel do?

Reclaim Rebel helps airline passengers recover compensation for flight delays, cancellations, denied boarding, and other disruptions.
If your flight was delayed or cancelled, you may be entitled to up to $1,000 CAD (or more in some cases). We handle the entire process for you.

How much does your service cost?

Nothing up front.

We work on a no win, no fee basis.
If we successfully recover compensation for you, our fee is 30% of the amount recovered.
If we don’t win your claim, you owe us nothing.

How long does the process take?

We take less than a week to call you and determine if you have a case.

But most claims take between 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the airline and the complexity of the case.
Some airlines respond quickly. Others require escalation. We handle all of that for you.

How do I know if I’m eligible?

If your flight:

What compensation amounts can I receive?

In Canada, passengers may receive:

• $400 for 3–6 hour delays
  
  

• $700 for 6–9 hour delays
  
  

• $1,000 for delays over 9 hours
  
  

Involuntary denied boarding can result in compensation up to $2,400.

European flights may qualify for up to €600 per passenger.

Why do you need my ID and boarding pass?

Airlines require proof of identity and travel before releasing compensation.
Your documents allow us to legally represent you and pursue your claim effectively.
All information is handled securely and only used for your case.

Can I submit a claim for a past flight?

Yes.
In most cases you can file a claim for flights from the last 12 months in Canada, and up to 3 years in some European jurisdictions.

Do I have to deal with the airline?

No.
Once you submit your claim, we handle everything — communication, paperwork, follow-ups, and escalation if needed.

What happens after my claim is approved?

Once compensation is paid by the airline:

1. We deduct our agreed-upon fee  (30-35%)
